Test Information

All commercial vehicles are required by law to have an annual commercial vehicle test. We have well equipped modern premises with 2 LGV lanes and 1 HGV lane.

Q: Where is the Test Centre?
A: We are conveniently located off the M7 in Naas close to Sallins. Click here to view a map of our location as well as instructions on how to contact us.

Q: When do I need to test my vehicle?
A: State Regulation requires a commercial vehicle to be tested once a year.

Q: What are the opening hours?
A: We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm including lunch time and on Saturday from 8am to 12.30pm.

Q: How much do vehicle tests cost?
A: Prices vary depending on the test and the vehicle. Click here for a full list of services and prices.

Q: What happens if my vehicle fails the test?
A: If your vehicle fails, our mechanics will issue you with a 'fail report'. Then you have 21 days or 4000km (which ever comes first) to rectify the errors and have a retest. The cost of the test is halved, however if you fail to retest within the time limit, the full price will be charged.
